Southern Songbirds - where Nashville meets South Africa || AfriForum Teater

Southern Songbirds celebrates the 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵, 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 of women coming together to create something truly powerful through music.🤠🎶🎸

This vibrant collaboration blends the sounds of pop and country with the rich, rhythmic energy of South Africa. 🇺🇸 Nashville-based artist Mirka, joins forces with fellow 🇿🇦 South African talents – Cordelia, Franja du Plessis, Elmé Churr and CheraLee.

Together, these five women have crafted a musical journey that explores themes of self-discovery, hardship, hope, victory and a shared love for music.
